One of our FAVORITE things is when famous artists collaborate! Even though they are totally amazing on their own, you can’t beat two amazing artists putting their heads together to come up with awesome singles!

2014 brought us TONS of amazing collaborations – like Ariana Grande & Big Sean and Demi Lovato & The Vamps (just to name two) — so we are already getting excited about what is to come in 2015! Even though we know it will be worth the wait, we have decided these 8 pairings are collaborations that we would LOVE to see at some point in 2015! Check them out!

Shawn and The Vamps are both still fairly new to the music scene, but we think they would be a good pair! With Shawn and Brad Simpson front-and-center, they don’t have to put too much effort in! We would love it already. #Swoon

7. R5 & Sabrina Carpenter

Ross Lynch and Sabrina Carpenter both have roots in the Disney Channel, so why not collaborate? R5 have yet to disappoint us with their music and with her blonde hair and epic personality, Sabrina could totally pass as a sixth member of R5! No other proof is necessary.

6. Austin Mahone & Fifth Harmony

Austin joined 5H on stage a few times during their combined tour, but even though Austin and Camila Cabello have split, they’re still on really good terms and the best of friends! What better way to prove their friendship status than with an amazing collab? Eh?

5. Ed Sheeran & Katy Perry

Ed Sheeran wowed us with his lyrics on his most recent album, x, and Katy always manages to provide us with songs we can rock out to, so WE think they should combine their talents for an even more amazing single! With Ed’s lyrics and Katy’s personality, these two would definitely come up with something good!

4. Taylor Swift & Meghan Trainor

In our opinion, Taylor and Meghan would make an awesome duo! Both girls are totally into fun, carefree and upbeat songs, so we think they would combine their talents to create an exciting song! Just imagine Meghan and Tay being featured on the same track…AMAZE.

Even though these two have already collaborated for their old DCOM, Princess Protection Program, we want MORE! What would we get out of Demi’s awesome songwriting skills and Sel’s emotions? An amazing hit single, that’s what! LOL!

OK, these two boy bands have been on tour together for over a year…where’s our collaboration? LOL! There is nothing hotter than the 1D and 5SOS boys in the same room, so can you imagine how amazing it would be to have 5SOS featured in one of One Direction’s songs?!

We don’t know about you, but we totally think Justin and Ariana would make an amazing hit song! With Justin fresh out of his drama with Selena Gomez (for now, at least) and Ari’s heart full of love for Big Sean, we think they would come up with some AMAZING lyrics!

What do YOU think of these collaborations? Who do you want to see collaborate in 2015? Let us know in the comments or on Twitter!
