“Youngblood” is just four guys from Australia finding themselves!
In a recent interview, the boys of 5 Seconds of Summer – Ashton Irwin, Michael Clifford, Luke Hemmings and Calum Hood – opened up about the success of their third studio album, their upcoming tour and what it’s been like to influence their fans
Getting real on the topic of music, 5SOS said that it was a hard two years working together creatively to find the sound for the album and make it so that it tells a story and makes sense for fans of the band. Drummer, Ashton, dished on the difficulties of getting all four of their minds to work together, saying:
“To get four individual minds on board and moving forward productively in a creative direction is super hard. We really struggled with that on this [record], so it took a new level of communication and understanding, and also trust.”
